• Add chemicals to keep water sanitized, balanced. and swimmable.
• Clean out all baskets, and cleaner bag or leaf trap.
• Brush steps, swimouts and seats of attached spa.
• Cleaning of pool filter as necessary  (hose off cartridges).
• Check time clocks and filter pump/pool cleaner operation.
• Keep a log of all services and water test results.
• Full water analysis each quarter and add rebalancing chemicals as needed.
